Orders

You can place an order over the phone or directly from the web site.

Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards.

Delivery

Please ensure that we have all the details necessary to make delivery. These should include a full address with postcode, the sender’s daytime telephone and Email contact.

A £3.50p delivery charge is payable for deliveries within a 12 mile radius of our Bargoed shop. Delivery prices can be revised without notice.
Online orders will be confirmed by Email.

For Same Day deliveries in our area orders must be received by 2.30pm. Standard orders require 24 hours notice and some orders will require 48 hours notice and these are identified as appropriate on the web site. Orders received for Sundays or Public Holidays will be delivered in two working day.

Special delivery arrangements will apply for Mothers’ Day, Valentine’s Day and Christmas. Revised delivery terms will be posted on the web site closer to these dates.

If there is no one at the delivery address a card will be left with a contact numbers to ring for re scheduling the delivery. Only two attempts will be made to deliver and if unsuccessful, flowers or goods must be collected from the shop.

We will not be held liable for delivery failure caused by events beyond our control.

Availability

The items on this web site are directed solely at those who access this web site from the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to alter details or designs of products illustrated without notice. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available or in stock.
 
Prices

Prices listed within the Web site are valid for a maximum of 14 days from the date your order is submitted. There are significant price fluctuations during peak periods (especially Valentine’s Day, Mothers’ Day and Easter).we will update our price list as soon as practical to avoid inconvenience.

Product prices quoted will exclude our delivery charge. Multiple items ordered for delivery to the same address at the same time will benefit from a single delivery charge.

Tax Charges

VAT at the current rate is included in all prices.

Privacy policy

Le Fleur does not disclose any buyers information to third parties. We do not send unsolicited marketing materials or emails to our customers. Any information we request is only used for the purpose confirming details and fulfilling your order.

Personal Messages

Personal messages must not contain anything that can be construed as vulgar, abusive, harassing, racist or defamatory and that may cause upset, offence or embarrassment to the recipient or any other person. Le Fleur reserves the right to reject any order containing such material.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel or amend your order, please notify by telephone on 01443 830803 or Email lefleur08@yahoo.co.uk 24 hours before the delivery date. If the order has been delivered or made up you may be liable for partial or full payment.

Complaints

We will do our utmost to rectify all reasonable complaints concerning our products. However, given the perishable nature of our products, and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within one working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
